Here are answers to common questions about our landscaping services. Explore how we can enhance your outdoor space and address any queries you may have.
What is the process for getting a free quote / booking you in?
Our system is very simple!
First : Submit an enquiry form from our website. Our automated system will then pop your enquiry into our inbox where we can view and approve it if it is something we can help you with.
Second : Once we have approved your potential job, our system will SMS you a link to request a time for your free site visit in our calendar. Request a time online. We will either approve this time or contact you to make a new time that works for us and then we will lock it in and officially book you in for that agreed date.
Third : We will attend your site visit, see what you're hoping for your project. We will measure the space up, and then head home to start the quoting process. This takes about 1-3 weeks depending on the job scope and size.
Fourth : We will send you your estimate and you can view it. You can either approve or decline the work. Once approved, we will book you in for a time for your job to start in our calendar, and send an invoice for 50% of the total estimate (To cover most of the material costs).
We then come to your job and get the work done so you can enjoy your space in no time!
What landscaping services do you offer?
We provide a wide range of services including landscape project concepts, turf installation, garden edging, site prep, earthworks, garden bed constructions, paving and retaining and more. Enquire with more detail to see if we can help with your project.
How far in advance should I be booking?
We can typically be booked out anywhere from 1-5 months in advance depending on the season. It is best to get in touch with us BEFORE you are ready to do your project so we can have some time before your project is able to be started.
Do you provide warranties?
Yes we provide a 3 month workmanship warranty on our work completed by us. We don't guarantee plants or products within this, as the treatment of these are out of our direct control after we hand them over. Any subcontract work is subject to their T&C's and their own warranties.
Can you do irrigation?
We can however for larger projects, we subcontract irrigation to another company that we trust and work well with.
How far do you travel?
We service most of Adelaide area including CBD, north, east and western suburbs, plus the Barossa and Adelaide Hills region.
For Southern Adelaide : We have a minimum $15,000 spend for any projects that are far South of the city. If you are south and unsure if we would come to you without the minimum spend, please get in touch and ask.
